Hiber (hiber.global) is a young and fast growing company in the Internet of Things sector. Did you know that 90% of the globe has no affordable connectivity? So how can we ensure that the fishing industry is sustainable, improve the water usage whilst improving crop yields, that the mining industry can mine more efficiently, and reduce the carbon footprints within the transportation sector? The answer is Hiber: by using a constellation of our own nano satellites we enable connectivity for remote and rural areas. With this connectivity, the opportunities for all types of businesses are boundless. Hiber makes it possible to bring this hightech solution from space back to earth with simplicity and ease of use.

With the rapid growing business at Hiber, the Business Development team is looking for an intern who can support in all kinds of activities. These activities will range from executing the go-to-market strategy of our new Hiber Easypulse, following up on inbound leads, to improving the CRM data quality and performing market research. Meanwhile you get the chance to work closely with and learn from experienced professionals in the industry and to be part of a fast growing and unique start-up.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist and execute go-to-market strategy of the new Hiber Easypulse solution,

  • Perform market research into Hiber's different target industries and applications and

    create prospect target lists,

  • Timely follow up on inbound and target outbound leads; qualify, reply & schedule

    meetings,

  • Enrich, update & improve the quality of Salesforce (CRM) data,

  • Analyze and report on Salesforce data,

  • Office management related tasks as required.

Requirements

You love tech and...

  • Are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics/Business Economics (or similar subject),
  • Are available for 5 months or more,
  • Are available for at least 4 days - but preferably 5 days - a week,
  • You’re a hunter, you know what it takes to plan in qualified appointments,
  • Have strong commercial skills and a global mindset,
  • Enjoy building relationships for commercial success now or in the future,
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Are able and eligible to independently work both from home and from the Hiber Amsterdam office taking into account COVID-19 restrictions.
